According to the Cave Clan the V is one of Adelaide’s oldest drains in Adelaide. Named after the V shaped tunnel at the entrance, its V shape changes to a large archway tunnel and then rectangular. In my opinion this is Adelaide’s best drain, just watch for the huge sinkhole at the start of the archway tunnel. If you are waist deep in the sinkhole and you feel something crawling around your feet, don’t worry it’s just the yabbies. This drain exits under a military base – so be careful.
