The Domain tunnel is a huge archway tunnel located underneath Hobart, flowing into the River Derwent. Over 2,000,000 bricks were used in construction and cost about £30,000 to build in 1916. This tunnel connects to the Hobart rivulet via an open causeway next to the hospital.
